When using evaluation mode, sometimes you don't even want to specify global power balance as an equality constraint - for example, if you want to insert the exact parameters from someone else's design. In this case there is no simple way find the degree of power imbalance.
For example, in the attached output, the global power imbalance is not output.
Proposed solution
Always include the global power imbalance as an output. This used to be the case - at some point this output was removed from the OUT.DAT:
