Adds dedicated articles under docs-src/docs/alternatives/ for Cloudant, Hoodie, LokiJS, Gundb, sql.js, absurd-sql, NeDB, Dexie.js, LowDB, localForage, MongoDB Realm, Apollo, Replicache, InstantDB, Yjs, ElectricSQL, SignalDB, and PowerSync. Each page covers the product history, where it falls short for offline-first JavaScript apps, RxDB's matching capabilities with code samples, an FAQ, and a comparison table. Updates alternatives.md with read more links to the new pages and marks the corresponding rows as done in alternatives_table.md.
Relocates all 28 alternative comparison pages from docs-src/docs/alternatives/ to docs-src/docs/articles/alternatives/ to keep the comparison content alongside the other long-form articles. Internal relative links inside each page are rewritten from ../ to ../../, and the read more links in alternatives.md are updated to reference the new path.
